Our story
Two and a half years ago, we started with one classroom, no product and no shortcuts.
We were teaching people how to break into tech.
Today, Techlerator has placed more than 500 people into new roles, upskilled over 1,000 across 25 countries, been named Startup of the Year 2025 and built three AI products: Xeruit, Xualify and Xearn.
Every product we've built started as a problem we saw in our own cohorts. Our learners showed us where hiring breaks, so we built the tools to fix it.
That's still how we work. We teach, we watch where people get stuck, then we build.
